1. Stock Confirmation / භාණ්ඩයේ තොගය පරීක්ෂා කිරීම:
Before making a payment, please ensure that the item you wish to purchase is in stock by confirming with us.
ඔබ payment එකක් සිදු කිරීමට පෙර අනිවාර්යයෙන් ම ඔබට අවශ්ය භාණ්ඩය shop එකෙහි stock පවතී ද යන්න අප අමතා ස්ථීර කරගත යුතුය.
2. Cash on Delivery / Cash on Delivery නොමැත:
Cash on Delivery is not available.

3. Payment Prior to Dispatch / භාණ්ඩය පිටවීමේ පෙර ගෙවීම්:
All payments must be completed before we dispatch the items via courier.
භාණ්ඩය courier කිරීමට පෙර සියලුම මුදල් ගෙවා තිබිය යුතුය.
4. Pre-Order Payments / Pre-Order ගෙවීම්:
For pre-ordered items, a 50% advance payment of the item’s value is required.
ඔබ භාණ්ඩයක් වෙන් කරගනු ලබන්නේ නම් (pre order) භාණ්ඩයේ වටිනාකමින් 50% ක් ගෙවිය යුතුය.
5. Payment Confirmation / ගෙවීමේ තහවුරු කිරීම:
After making a payment via cash deposit machine or online transfer, please send a screenshot of the payment slip to us via WhatsApp at +94 76 272 7919
ඔබ payment එක කිරීමෙන් පසු cash deposit machine එක මඟින් ලැබෙන slip එක හෝ online transfer මඟින් සිදුකරන්නේ නම් එහි screenshot එක WhatsApp මාර්ගයෙන් අපට එවිය යුතුය. (076 272 7919)

Along with the screenshot, kindly provide your name, address, and two contact numbers. If your address does not include a major city, please specify the nearest major city or district.
ඒ සමඟම ඔබගේ නම,එවිය යුතු ලිපිනය,දුරකතන අංක 2ක් අප වෙත යොමු කළ යුතුය. ඔබගේ ලිපිනයෙහි ප්රධාන නගරයක් නිරූපණය නොවේ නම් ඔබට ළඟම ප්රධාන නගරය හෝ දිස්ත්රික්කය යොමු කළ යුතුය.
7. Card Payments / කාඩ් පණිවුඩ:

8. Card Payment Fees / කාඩ් ගෙවීම් ගාස්තු:
For card payments:
Amex Card: A 4% fee will be added to the total amount.
Visa/MasterCard: A 3.5% fee will be added to the total amount.
ඔබ credit හෝ debit card පතකින් payment සිදු කරන්නේ නම් Amex Card සඳහා 4% ක් වුත් visa/master සඳහා 3.5% ක් වුත් total amount එකෙන් වැය වේ.

Welcome to Claymore Tech Computers (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.claymoretech.lk] and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Laptops, Desktops, and Peripherals
Software and Licenses
All descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that colors and features will be exactly as shown on your screen.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Payment Gateways like WebXpay or PayHere.
Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched (except for COD).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is submitted.
4. Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not a guarantee of order acceptance.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka.
Standard delivery time: 1–5 working days (depending on your location).
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and vary by region and order weight.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or order confirmation).
Non-returnable items:
Opened software
Customized PCs
Clearance items
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days upon item inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions above.
7. Warranty & Repairs
Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties ranging from 6 to 36 months.
Warranty claims must be made with the original invoice and are subject to manufacturer policy.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
