To make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

All descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately but cannot guarantee that colors and features will be exactly as shown on your screen.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Payment Gateways like WebXpay or PayHere.
Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched (except for COD).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is submitted.
4. Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not a guarantee of order acceptance.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka.
Standard delivery time: 1โ5 working days (depending on your location).
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and vary by region and order weight.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or order confirmation).
Non-returnable items:
Opened software
Customized PCs
Clearance items
Refunds will be processed within 7โ14 working days upon item inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions above.
7. Warranty & Repairs
Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties ranging from 6 to 36 months.
Warranty claims must be made with the original invoice and are subject to manufacturer policy.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
